Reservation conditions
- Reservation for individual one day ahead can be received by phone or e-mail.
- Group reservations are received only in writing at least 14 beforehand.
- When making a reservation of rooms several days or weeks beforehand, only a proper written order (business letter, e-mail, fax) containing invoicing data, contact address, and authorized person is binding on our reception desk.

Order confirmation is in writing and contains cancellation fees and a reservation document.

We keep the room reservation only till 20:30 pm, then the reservation will be automatically cancelled, due to the large interest of passing tourists, who prefer accommodation in comfortable and quiet environment. In case of the delay,please, call the reception desk 00420 725 806 992 and we will hold the reservation. Thank you for your understanding.
Payments are accepted in CZK, EUR and USD.
The prices are always including breakfast, internet connection wi-fi, VAT and tourism charge.
Children till 12 years (with adult eskort) - 400 CZK
Children under 3 years free of charge.
