Moravian wine ellar is newly built within hotel complex (10m behing the hotel), including the rotunda and the archive booths. The entire building is decoratd with a folded royal vault with a total length of 70 meters, including cross-links. On your way out of the cellar you find an outdoor terace with beautiful views over the fabulous panorama of Mikulov dominated by Saint Hill, Mikulov Chateau and limestone peaks of Pálava Hills. At the back of the wine cellar the archive wine from the Moravian region is maturing inside the archive booths, which can be tasted during the guided wine tasting. We offer booths for archiving wine!
